Our marketplace supports factory-sealed hobby boxes, retail boxes, sealed cases with manufacturer tape, premium sets, packs, and precious metals. All sealed cases must retain original factory seals, and sellers guarantee the integrity of sealed products.
A sealed case is a manufacturer-packed container holding multiple sealed boxes (typically 2-40 depending on product), with original factory tape intact. A sealed box is an individual retail or hobby box with original manufacturer shrink-wrap or seal. Cases generally command premium pricing due to stated case hits.
Create your account with a subscription through PayPal, and within 24 hours you will receive your login credentials to start trading on the marketplace. New members start with Basic tier access, which includes seller marketplace browsing, price alerts, and recent trade offer history. Explore our membership tiers to unlock additional features and ability to negotiate and set pricing.
Currently, DealernetX is optimized for web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. Our responsive design ensures a seamless experience on any screen size. A dedicated mobile app is also available to quickly look up pricing by box UPC Code or keyword search.
Membership & Fees
Membership tiers, transaction fees, and account benefits.
DealernetX offers five membership levels: Basic and four Vendor levels. Each vendor plan provides different transaction fee rates, listing features, and platform options. Executive members receive reduced fees and dedicated support.
Elite membership is invitation-only and based on sustained trading volume, transaction history, and community standing. Members who consistently complete all transactions with excellent ratings may receive an invitation. Elite status includes the lowest transaction fees, dedicated account management, ability to pay for transactions on receipt, and early access to new features.
Transaction fees vary by membership tier. Basic members never pay transaction fees—only vendors are charged when a transaction completes successfully with rates ranging from 0-3% based on the plan selected.
No hidden fees. You'll only pay the transaction fee on completed sales (based on your membership tier) and any applicable payment processing fees. Monthly membership fees are billed separately.
Your seller metrics (response time, ship time, completion rate, cancel rate) directly impact your visibility in search results and eligibility for Above Standard and Elite status. Maintaining metrics above platform thresholds ensures priority placement and builds buyer confidence in your listings.
Yes, memberships can be cancelled anytime through PayPal or contacting our Help Desk, and all plans are month to month with no long term commitment. Due to the nature of the DealernetX site, once you request cancellation of your membership, your account will be closed immediately and there will be no refunds for any partial month of services provided.
Trading & Transactions
Buying, selling, offers, and shipping processes.
Members can submit offers on any listing. Vendors have 48 hours to accept, counter, or decline. Counter-offers start a negotiation chain. Once both parties agree, the transaction moves to payment. All offers are binding—accepted offers create a commitment to complete the transaction.
Upon acceptance, buyers have 24 hours (1 business day) to submit payment. Sellers then have 24 hours (1 business day) to ship with tracking (unless buyer is elite and payment is on receipt).
Vendors have 48 hours to respond to offers. Failing to respond results in automatic expiration and will negatively impact your response time metrics. Quick responses improve your seller rating and search visibility.
Cancellations are possible but affect your metrics. Buyers can cancel before acceptance without penalty. After acceptance, cancellations require mutual agreement with approval by Dealernet, and may incur fees. Members who cancel completed transactions face penalties, cancellation fees and potential account review.
All shipments must use carriers with tracking capabilities using standard services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Signature confirmation is recommended for transactions over $1000. Sellers must ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of payment unless terms are pay on receipt which must ship within 24 hours of acceptance. Tracking information must be uploaded by the seller to offer details page in a timely manner. Sellers must not use any economy shipping services (Ground Advantage, Ground Saver) which may delay shipment and incur fees owed to the buyer for late delivery.
Navigate to the marketplace and locate the "Add Listing" button. Select buy or sell and enter your price, quantity and details to submit directly. Listings go live immediately after submission. You can edit active listings anytime and are expected to keep all listings accurate and up to date.
Document damage immediately with photos before opening packaging further. File an assist report through the transaction page within 24 hours of delivery. Our dispute resolution team will review evidence from both parties. Sellers should always insure valuable shipments.
After each completed transaction, both buyers and sellers rate each other on a 5-star scale. Ratings affect search placement and buyer confidence. Maintain ratings above 98% for elite status eligibility.
Payments & Security
Payment methods, EFT program, and transaction protection.
DealernetX supports credit/debit cards, transfers via DealernetX site credit program, and other approved third party payment processors.
The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program allows direct member to member transfers with no processing fees. Link your bank account through our secure verification process to fund your DealernetX balance instantly or swap credits directly with members on the marketplace. EFT is the most cost-effective payment method for high-volume traders.
All payments should be sent using a processor that provides buyer protection (credit card, Paypal GS). Purchases using payments that do not offer buyer protection may only be considered if the seller is either Blue or Gold Star. Buyers must report any shipment issues or delays within 3 days via the Admin Assist report on the offer details page. Our Transaction Assurance program covers verified purchases from any Elite (Gold Star) Members against seller default, but does not extend to any other transaction situations.
Sellers must secure payment prior to shipment unless the buyer is Elite Gold star and terms stated are payment on receipt. Late payment issues must be reported to Dealernet via an Admin Assist report on the offer details page within 3 days. No assistance can be provided if the seller does not adhere to the terms and conditions stated in the offer regarding timing of payment and shipment.
Request withdrawals from your EFT Account page of up to $5000 monthly. Standard processing takes 1-2 business days via Paypal GS and the member is responsible for any Paypal fees incurred. Members can also swap credits directly with members with no additional costs or limits.
Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and never store full card numbers on our servers.
Transaction Assurance is our protection program covering transactions from all Elite Gold Star members that are bonded by Dealernet. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the offer date and subject to terms and conditions stated in the transaction.
Compliance & Disputes
Platform rules, dispute resolution, and account standards.
Prohibited items include counterfeit products, resealed boxes, items with broken seals misrepresented as sealed, stolen merchandise, and non-collectible items. Listing prohibited items results in immediate removal and potential account suspension.
Disputes go through our three-step resolution process: direct negotiation between parties (24 hours), platform mediation with our support team, and final arbitration if needed. Most disputes resolve in the first two steps. Evidence submission is critical—document everything. Transactions must go through the assist report process before they can be reviewed for any request to cancel an offer with a minimum of 24 hours provided for the trading partner to resolve the dispute.
Document thoroughly with photos and video, do not alter the item, and file an assist report within 24 hours if the issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller. Dealernet will review all information provided by both parties to help resolve the dispute.
Accounts may be marked below standard for policy violations, sustained poor metrics, unresolved disputes, or fraudulent activity. Suspensions include warnings for minor issues, temporary holds pending review, and permanent bans for serious violations.
Contact Help Desk to report any member related issues. For transaction-specific problems, file through the transaction detail page (Admin Assist link) within 14 days from offer date. Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
Key rules include: accurate listing descriptions, timely responses and shipping, no off-platform transactions, no fee circumvention, respectful communication, and compliance with all authentication requirements. Full terms are available in our Terms of Service.
